Announcing articles and my new book on pressure cooking techniques ‘Cooking and Experimenting with Pressure Cookers’….
For your reading pleasure, my book’s website has 5 articles on cooking the following foods (cake, cornmeal, pasta, potatoes, and split peas) in inexpensive, stovetop pressure cookers.
