Ever got stuck with lots of rice? Any kind actually… Jeera rice, ghee rice, Steam rice, boiled rice, pulao…and the like. This paratha is not only unique but it is also a saviour.
You shall need:
Left over rice [About 2 Tbsp goes in 1 paratha]
Red Chilly powder
Paratha Dough [Wheat flour, oil, salt and water. Kneaded firm]
Oil to fry the paratha.
- Mix the masalas to the rice as per your taste.
- Fill the paratha [Tutorial here]
- Roll it evenly.
- Fry with oil/ghee as you like.
