I took up a challenge to create different things from the humble and soul satisfying maggi. Here is all that I did manage to churn up

  1. If I can add one more here for you to try. Take a pack of uncooked maggi and break it up into bits. Empty the masala tastemaker into a bowl, add around 4-5 tbsps of water. Chop up onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander. Toss the maggi with all of this and the masala water.. and you have maggi bhel. We used to make this a lot when we were in school.
