The pati has taken up a new challenge, every sat-sun he goes to play cricket in this terrible heat. Uff… he wakes up in the conquest of waking up at 7 am 😦 Arrgghhh how much I hate it.When he comes back I stuff him with something that helps him cool off. 🙂
Anyway, Mulberry or shehtoot is a fruit I remember from my childhood. The darker it is the sweeter it becomes.

Dish for Day – Lassi
Seasonal Produce- Mulberry
You shall need: [Feeds 1]
3-4 tbsp… Mulberries
2 tbsp.. Fresh corriander
1 cup… Thick Yogurt
2-3 tbsp… Castor sugar [Depending on your preference]
A pinch of rock salt
1/8th cup… Water
- Churn everything in a mixer.
- You may strain it if you like [I did not do it.]
- Serve cool.
