You shall need: [ Makes 18 large and 24 small cup cakes]
2 cup…. All purpose flour
1-1/4 cup… Sugar [grain]
1 Tsp… Baking Powder
1 Tsp… Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp… Salt
1 Cup… Butter milk [1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar]
3/4 cup… Oil
2 Tbsp… Vanilla Essence
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry in 2 batches and mix well [I used a whisk]
- Pre heat oven to 180 C.
- Put the cup cake liners in the cup cake moulds.
- Add batter to 3/4 full in the liner and bake for 25 min.
Let them cool thoroughly and then decorate.
